Shipping policy

We ship across South Africa.

Shipping is a flat rate of R100. Orders over R750 ship free.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from there, depending on where you are.

If something goes wrong in transit, or your parcel is delayed beyond the usual window, fill in the form on our Contact Us page and we'll sort it out.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
